Foozeato is a discovery platform. We help you find street-food stalls, cuisines and dishes in your city, and we let users share photos, reviews and ratings.

We do not cook, prepare, sell, package or deliver food, and we do not own or operate the stalls listed on the Service. Stalls and vendors are independent third parties. Any transaction you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at hello@foozeato.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may browse as a guest without an account. Guest access is limited and does not include posting, reviewing, saving stalls, challenges or rewards.

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, reviews and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Foozeato a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You can delete your own posts at any time. We may remove or restrict any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• Post false, misleading or paid reviews, or manipulate ratings, points, challenges or the leaderboard.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer or otherwise extract data from the Service except as permitted by law.
• Submit inaccurate or misleading stall, menu or pricing information.

Reviews and ratings must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. We do not permit incentivised, paid or fabricated reviews, or reviews posted on behalf of a competitor. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Reviews and ratings are the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Foozeato.

• Vendor registrations and stall submissions may be reviewed and are subject to approval or rejection at our discretion.
• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including menu items, prices, timings and location.
• Vendors are solely responsible for holding all required licences and registrations, and for food safety, hygiene and quality, in compliance with applicable law.
• Foozeato does not verify, endorse or guarantee any stall, vendor, menu item or price.

The Service may award points, levels, badges and leaderboard positions. These are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not your property, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. We may modify, recalculate, reduce, expire or discontinue them at any time, including where we detect abuse.

The Foozeato name, logo, software, design, text and graphics (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Foozeato and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

The Service uses third-party services, including Google Maps Platform for maps, places and location features. Your use of those features is additionally subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listing, rating, distance, timing, availability or price shown on the Service is accurate, complete or current. Food quality, hygiene and safety are the sole responsibility of the vendor. You use the Service, and visit any stall, at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foozeato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including any illness, injury, loss or dispute arising from food purchased from or consumed at any stall listed on the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foozeato and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 16 — will continue to apply.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and where the changes are significant we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
